وصل سعر برميل النفط الى ٩٢ دولار امريكي مع التوقعات لوصوله ال ١٠٠ دولار في الايام او الاسابيع القادمة والفضل كله يعود للسياسة السعودية التي اقنعت الغرب ان الوقت قد حان لدفع القيمة المثلى لسعر برميل النفط. السعودية ذكرت مرات عديدة في مؤتمرات دولية ان السعر المطلوب هو ١٠٠ دولار على الاقل، واستطاعت وبمساعدة اعضاء اوبك الاخرين ان تصل لرقم مقارب جداً للرقم المنشود

العراق وبهذا السعر اصبح اغنى من الضعف تقريباً من ثلاثة اشهر مضت وبهذا السعر يستطيع ان يعيد بناء مدارس العراق ومستشفياتها وجامعاتها والبنى التحتية لها من كهرباء وماء ومجاري وشوارع وبضوابط هندسية دولية عالية ومعروفة مع توظيف القطاع الخاص الوطني المنتج باعطائه كل هذه المشاريع العملاقة، والذي بدوره سيوظف معظم العاطلين عن العمل وتحول الاموال النفطية من اموال ميته محددة برواتب حكومية لتغطية نفقات الاسرة الضرورية جداً بدون ادخار لها الى اموال متحركة ومنتجة

عندما تتحول اموال النفط الى القطاع الخاص الوطني المراقب يقوانيين صارمة من قبل موظفي حكومة غير مرتشين تبنى البنى التحتية بناءً راقياً متيناً مع توفر الربح لهذه الشركات الذي بدوره يشجعها على استثماره بمشاريع انتاجية تعوض مواد الاستيراد الخارجي المستخدم في بناء البلد. هذا ما يجعل اقتصاد البلد في حراك وليس جمود وثابت معتمداً على نفط الارض الذي اما سينتهي يوماً ما او تنتفي الحاجة له. البلد يحتاج الى خطة اقتصادية صارمة وبعيدة عن ذيول السلطة وحرامية ما بعد ٢٠٠٥ وكلاب ايران خامنئي والطائفية المستوردة والانحطاط الاخلاقي. خطة وطنية شاملة لاعادة الاقتصاد المتحرك النامي للعراق وايقاف الهدم والسرقة للمصانع العراقية المنتجة

ما كتب اعلاه هو ما يعمل به اي حاكم على وجه الارض حتى لو كان جاسوساً لدولة اخرى او فاسداً الا من يعتقد أن دينه او معتقده يعتبر المال العام مباح، وهذه هي الكارثة بعينها والتي تجعل من هؤلاء الحكام شركة نقل لاموال العراق لبلد اخر ولمرجع اجنبي خارج البلد. هذا البلاء الذي ابتلى به العراق بعد ٢٠٠٣ والذي جلبته لنا امريكا بمخطط خبيث قاده المحافظون الجدد، واستغلته الجارة الحبيبة على قلب السيستاني الاجنبي أيضاً لاستباحة المال العام كله وبدون ان يقف ضدها. هنا وقع العراق في مأزق كبير بين امريكا التي تريد جزء من الخير لها وبين ايران التي تريده كله لها. السفيرة الامريكية وبطريقتها السلسة الهادئة حجزت اموال العراق كلها في البنك المركزي الامريكي وبدء حصارها لدولار النفط العراقي من خلال السيطرة الفعلية على البنك المركزي العراقي وايقاف التعامل مع كثير من المصارف العراقية” التابعة للذيول” والتي كان كرد على غسيل الاموال للشرذمة الحاكمة ولتشديد الحصار الاقتصادي على ايران. عندما زارت نائبة وزير المالية الامريكي اليزابيث روزنبرغ الاسبوع الماضي والتقت بمسؤولي البنك المركزي خرج الناطق باسم وزرتها يقول وحسب وكالة رويتر ” إن البنك المركزي العراقي يجب أن يعالج المخاطر المستمرة الناجمة عن سوء استخدام الدولارات في البنوك التجارية العراقية لتجنب الإجراءات العقابية الجديدة التي تستهدف القطاع المالي في البلاد، مستشهداً بالاحتيال وغسل الأموال والتهرب من العقوبات المفروضة على إيران”. معنى ذلك ان اجراءات عقابية جديدة قادمة ومعناه ايضا ان اغبياء الخضراء لا يتعلمون وهذا ما نقوله لواشنطن دائماً ان حكام العراق جهلة وجياع للنخاع ويحتاجون الف عام هم واولادهم واحفادهم وووو … لتعلم الشفافية في الحكم والوطنية المهنية

الاوضاع الاقتصادية مرشحة للذهاب للاسوء في العراق رغم الزيادات المستمرة في اسعار النفط في وسط الانقسام السياسي والاقتصادي والاجتماعى في الداخل العراقي ونتيجة أطماع بعض المسؤولين او جهلهم في إتخاذ القرارات المناسبة في الوقت المناسب. السعودية والهند قد وقّعا مذكرة تفاهم لإنشاء ممر اقتصادي بين موانئ الهند والشرق الأوسط وأوروبا عبر الأراضي السعودية والاردن وفلسطين والذي سيشمل ربط للموانئ وسكك حديدية عملاقة وخطوط نقل برية وزيادة في مرور السلع وخطوط أنابيب لاستيراد وتصدير الكهرباء والهيدروجين وكابلات نقل البيانات، والعراق في غفلة وكأن هذه الاحداث التي تدور حوله لا تعنيه وميناء الفاو ليس عراقياً. أيران استباحة كل شيء في العراق ودمرت اقتصاده في سرقة المال العام وتدخلها في قرارته الوطنية المصيرية من اقتصاد وامن وعلاقات دولية، والكويت مستغلة ضعفه وفساد مسؤوليه واخذت تستحوذ على الموانئ والابار النفطية الحدودية، والامارات اصبحت اكبر مركز مالي في العالم بعد ان تجاوزت الاموال المتعامل بها الترليونين دولار، وتركيا الاوربية الاسيوية القادرة والقوية والنامية بسرعة على حساب العراق وتبني سدودها العملاقة ومصانعها الكبيرة واقتصادها المتطور، كل هؤلاء حولنا وفي محيطنا ونحن لم نتحرك ولن نستحي من واقعنا المر الذي نحن نعيش فيه ولا من ينهض فينا الوطنية والعمل والمهنية

نشر معهد “واشنطن” للدراسات الإستراتيجية الاسبوع الماضي، تحليلاً عن والأوضاع التي يشهدها العراق وما يمرّ به من أزمات على الصعيد الداخلي والخارجي والإخفاق الحاصل للحكومات الاتحادية المتعاقبة على الحكم مؤخرا وبشكل مؤقت، إذ وصف العراق بأنه بات “أشبه ما يكون بدولة خاضعة للوصاية الدولية”، لم يستبعد في الوقت ذاته عودة البلاد تحت طائلة البند السابع. وذكر التحليل إلى أن الواقع السياسي والقانوني المتراجع في العراق اليوم يُشير إلى أن البلاد لا تزال تواجه مأزقًا استراتيجيًا عميقًا نتيجة الالتزامات والقيود الدولية المفروضة عليها. ووصف مشكلة تعثر العراق في الاندماج مع المجتمع الدولي إلى الأزمات الداخلية المستمرة، فمنذ عام 2003 أقحمت الحكومات المتوالية البلاد في أزمات داخلية معقدة من صراعات وإرهاب وفساد وفوضى واستقطاب سياسي.” وكل واحدة منها تصدر الأزمات للحكومة التي تليها. واعتبر التحليل أن “نجاح العراق في السيطرة على وضع تلك الميليشيات ومكافحة تلك الجماعات المصنفة على قوائم الإرهاب من شأنه أن يساعده على كسب ثقة المجتمع الدولي وسينأى به عن الانتهاكات المحتملة للفصل السابع وقد يفضى ذلك أيضا إلى إنهاء عمل بعثة الأمم المتحدة لمساعدة العراق (يونامي)”

المهم هنا ان يتعلم سياسي العراق ان يقرأوا هذه التحليلات وان يتصرفوا طبقاً لها ولا يأخذوا هذه التحليلات والبيانات مأخذ الاستخفاف لان النهاية ستكون كارثية عليهم وعلى العراق اضعاف اضعاف ما حل بعراق صدام حسين في ٢٠٠٣. نحن في الحراك نمد يدنا لمساعدة الشعب في محنته لتوصيل ما يعانيه لاصحاب القرار في المجتمع الدولي وتذكروا الاية الكريمة ” وقل اعملوا فسيرى الله عملكم ورسول والمؤمنون” والله دائماً معنا

Oil prices are rising and Iraq’s poor are increasing

The price of a barrel of oil has reached 92 U.S. dollars per barrel, with expectations that it will reach 100 dollars in the coming days or weeks. All thanks go to Saudi policy, which convinced the West that the time has come to pay the optimal value for the price of a barrel of oil. Saudi Arabia has stated many times in international conferences that the requested price is at least $100, and it has been able, with the help of other OPEC members, to reach a number very close to this desired number.
Iraq, at this price, has become almost twice as rich as three months ago, and at this price it can rebuild Iraq’s schools, hospitals, universities, and its infrastructure, such as electricity, water, sewage, and streets, with high and well-known international engineering controls, while employing the productive national private sector by giving it all these giant projects, which in turn will employ most of the citizens who are unemployed, and oil money is thus transformed from ‘dead’ money allocated to government salaries to cover the family’s very necessary expenses without saving for it, into mobile and productive money.
When oil money is transferred to the national private sector, which is strictly controlled by government employees who are not bribed, the infrastructure is built in a high-quality and solid structure, while profit is available to these companies, which in turn encourages them to invest it in productive projects that replace the foreign import materials used in rebuilding the country. This is what keeps the country’s economy in motion and not stagnant and static, relying on the earth’s oil, which will either end one day or no longer be needed. The country needs a strict economic plan that is far from the tails of power, the post-2005 thieves, the dogs of Khamenei’s Iran, imported sectarianism, and moral decadence. A comprehensive national plan purpose is to restore Iraq’s growing, dynamic economy and stop the demolition and theft of productive Iraqi factories.
What was written above is what any ruler on the face of the earth does, even if he is a spy for another country or corrupt, except for one who believes that his religion or belief considers public money permissible, and this is the exact disaster that makes these rulers a transport company for Iraq’s money to another country and to foreign authorities outside the country. This affliction that afflicted Iraq after 2003, which America brought to us with a malicious plan led by the neoconservatives, was exploited by the beloved foreign neighbor of Al-Sistani as well, to seize all public funds without him standing against it. Here, Iraq fell into a major dilemma between America, which wants part of the good for itself, and Iran, which wants all of it for itself. The American Ambassador Romanowski, in her smooth and calm manner, has seized all of Iraq’s money in the U.S. Central Bank and began its siege of the Iraqi oil dollar by effectively controlling the Central Bank of Iraq and stopping the dealing with many of the Iraqi banks “affiliated with the tails,” which was a response to the money laundering of the ruling fragmentation and to tighten the economic blockade on Iran. When U.S. Deputy Treasury Secretary Elizabeth Rosenberg visited last week and met with Central Bank officials, her ministry spokesman said, according to Reuters, “The Central Bank of Iraq must address the continuing risks resulting from the misuse of dollars in Iraqi commercial banks to avoid new punitive measures targeting the financial sector in Iraq.” The country, cited fraud, money laundering, and evasion of sanctions imposed on Iran as impediments. This means that new punitive measures are coming, and it also means that the green idiots do not learn, and this is what we always say to Washington, that the rulers of Iraq are ignorant and hungry for marrow, and they, their children, and their grandchildren need a thousand years . . . to learn transparency in governance and professional patriotism.
The economic conditions are likely to get worse in Iraq despite the continuous increases in oil prices in the midst of the political, economic, and social division inside Iraq and as a result of the ambitions or ignorance of some officials in making the appropriate decisions at the appropriate time. Saudi Arabia and India have signed a memorandum of understanding to establish an economic corridor between the ports of India, the Middle East, and Europe through the territories of Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Palestine, which will include connecting ports, giant railways, land transportation lines, an increase in the passage of goods, and pipelines to import and export electricity, hydrogen, and data transmission cables, and Iraq is unaware of these events. What revolves around him does not concern him, and the port of Al-Faw is not Iraqi. Iran has monopolized everything in Iraq and destroyed its economy by stealing public money and interfering in its crucial national decisions, including the economy, security, and international relations. Kuwait took advantage of its weakness and the corruption of its officials and took control of the ports and border oil wells. The UAE has become the largest financial center in the world after the money it dealt with exceeded two trillion. dollars, and a European-Asian Turkey that is capable, strong, and developing rapidly at the expense of Iraq, and is building its giant dams, its large factories, and its advanced economy. All of these are around us and in our surroundings, and we have not moved and will not be ashamed of our bitter reality in which we live, and there is no one in the current government to promote patriotism, work, and professionalism in us.
Last week, the Washington Institute for Strategic Studies published an analysis of the conditions that Iraq is witnessing, the crises it is going through at the internal and external levels, and the failure of successive federal governments to rule recently and temporarily, as it described Iraq as having become “more like a state subject to international guardianship.” At the same time, he did not rule out the country’s return under Title Seven. The analysis stated that the deteriorating political and legal reality in Iraq today indicates that the country is still facing a deep strategic impasse as a result of the international obligations and restrictions imposed on it. He described the problem of Iraq’s failure to integrate with the international community to the ongoing internal crises. Since 2003, successive governments have plunged the country into complex internal crises of conflicts, terrorism, corruption, chaos, and political polarization. Each of them exports crises to the next government. The analysis considered that “Iraq’s success in . . . controlling the situation of those militias and combating those groups classified as terrorists would help it gain the trust of the international community and distance it from potential violations of Chapter Seven. This could also lead to ending the work of the United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI).”
What is important here is for Iraqi politicians to learn to read these analyses and act in accordance with them, and not take these analyses and statements lightly, because the end will be disastrous for them and for Iraq, many times more than what happened to Saddam Hussein’s Iraq in 2003. We in the Iraqi Movement extend our hand to help the people in their ordeal and to communicate what they are suffering to decision-makers in the international community. And remember the noble verse, “And say, ‘Work.’ God will see your work, and the Messenger and the believers.”
