وصل سعر برميل النفط الى ٩٢ دولار امريكي مع التوقعات لوصوله ال ١٠٠ دولار في الايام او الاسابيع القادمة والفضل كله يعود للسياسة السعودية التي اقنعت الغرب ان الوقت قد حان لدفع القيمة المثلى لسعر برميل النفط. السعودية ذكرت مرات عديدة في مؤتمرات دولية ان السعر المطلوب هو ١٠٠ دولار على الاقل، واستطاعت وبمساعدة اعضاء اوبك الاخرين ان تصل لرقم مقارب جداً للرقم المنشود

العراق وبهذا السعر اصبح اغنى من الضعف تقريباً من ثلاثة اشهر مضت وبهذا السعر يستطيع ان يعيد بناء مدارس العراق ومستشفياتها وجامعاتها والبنى التحتية لها من كهرباء وماء ومجاري وشوارع وبضوابط هندسية دولية عالية ومعروفة مع توظيف القطاع الخاص الوطني المنتج باعطائه كل هذه المشاريع العملاقة، والذي بدوره سيوظف معظم العاطلين عن العمل وتحول الاموال النفطية من اموال ميته محددة برواتب حكومية لتغطية نفقات الاسرة الضرورية جداً بدون ادخار لها الى اموال متحركة ومنتجة

عندما تتحول اموال النفط الى القطاع الخاص الوطني المراقب يقوانيين صارمة من قبل موظفي حكومة غير مرتشين تبنى البنى التحتية بناءً راقياً متيناً مع توفر الربح لهذه الشركات الذي بدوره يشجعها على استثماره بمشاريع انتاجية تعوض مواد الاستيراد الخارجي المستخدم في بناء البلد. هذا ما يجعل اقتصاد البلد في حراك وليس جمود وثابت معتمداً على نفط الارض الذي اما سينتهي يوماً ما او تنتفي الحاجة له. البلد يحتاج الى خطة اقتصادية صارمة وبعيدة عن ذيول السلطة وحرامية ما بعد ٢٠٠٥ وكلاب ايران خامنئي والطائفية المستوردة والانحطاط الاخلاقي. خطة وطنية شاملة لاعادة الاقتصاد المتحرك النامي للعراق وايقاف الهدم والسرقة للمصانع العراقية المنتجة

ما كتب اعلاه هو ما يعمل به اي حاكم على وجه الارض حتى لو كان جاسوساً لدولة اخرى او فاسداً الا من يعتقد أن دينه او معتقده يعتبر المال العام مباح، وهذه هي الكارثة بعينها والتي تجعل من هؤلاء الحكام شركة نقل لاموال العراق لبلد اخر ولمرجع اجنبي خارج البلد. هذا البلاء الذي ابتلى به العراق بعد ٢٠٠٣ والذي جلبته لنا امريكا بمخطط خبيث قاده المحافظون الجدد، واستغلته الجارة الحبيبة على قلب السيستاني الاجنبي أيضاً لاستباحة المال العام كله وبدون ان يقف ضدها. هنا وقع العراق في مأزق كبير بين امريكا التي تريد جزء من الخير لها وبين ايران التي تريده كله لها. السفيرة الامريكية وبطريقتها السلسة الهادئة حجزت اموال العراق كلها في البنك المركزي الامريكي وبدء حصارها لدولار النفط العراقي من خلال السيطرة الفعلية على البنك المركزي العراقي وايقاف التعامل مع كثير من المصارف العراقية” التابعة للذيول” والتي كان كرد على غسيل الاموال للشرذمة الحاكمة ولتشديد الحصار الاقتصادي على ايران. عندما زارت نائبة وزير المالية الامريكي اليزابيث روزنبرغ الاسبوع الماضي والتقت بمسؤولي البنك المركزي خرج الناطق باسم وزرتها يقول وحسب وكالة رويتر ” إن البنك المركزي العراقي يجب أن يعالج المخاطر المستمرة الناجمة عن سوء استخدام الدولارات في البنوك التجارية العراقية لتجنب الإجراءات العقابية الجديدة التي تستهدف القطاع المالي في البلاد، مستشهداً بالاحتيال وغسل الأموال والتهرب من العقوبات المفروضة على إيران”. معنى ذلك ان اجراءات عقابية جديدة قادمة ومعناه ايضا ان اغبياء الخضراء لا يتعلمون وهذا ما نقوله لواشنطن دائماً ان حكام العراق جهلة وجياع للنخاع ويحتاجون الف عام هم واولادهم واحفادهم وووو … لتعلم الشفافية في الحكم والوطنية المهنية

الاوضاع الاقتصادية مرشحة للذهاب للاسوء في العراق رغم الزيادات المستمرة في اسعار النفط في وسط الانقسام السياسي والاقتصادي والاجتماعى في الداخل العراقي ونتيجة أطماع بعض المسؤولين او جهلهم في إتخاذ القرارات المناسبة في الوقت المناسب. السعودية والهند قد وقّعا مذكرة تفاهم لإنشاء ممر اقتصادي بين موانئ الهند والشرق الأوسط وأوروبا عبر الأراضي السعودية والاردن وفلسطين والذي سيشمل ربط للموانئ وسكك حديدية عملاقة وخطوط نقل برية وزيادة في مرور السلع وخطوط أنابيب لاستيراد وتصدير الكهرباء والهيدروجين وكابلات نقل البيانات، والعراق في غفلة وكأن هذه الاحداث التي تدور حوله لا تعنيه وميناء الفاو ليس عراقياً. أيران استباحة كل شيء في العراق ودمرت اقتصاده في سرقة المال العام وتدخلها في قرارته الوطنية المصيرية من اقتصاد وامن وعلاقات دولية، والكويت مستغلة ضعفه وفساد مسؤوليه واخذت تستحوذ على الموانئ والابار النفطية الحدودية، والامارات اصبحت اكبر مركز مالي في العالم بعد ان تجاوزت الاموال المتعامل بها الترليونين دولار، وتركيا الاوربية الاسيوية القادرة والقوية والنامية بسرعة على حساب العراق وتبني سدودها العملاقة ومصانعها الكبيرة واقتصادها المتطور، كل هؤلاء حولنا وفي محيطنا ونحن لم نتحرك ولن نستحي من واقعنا المر الذي نحن نعيش فيه ولا من ينهض فينا الوطنية والعمل والمهنية

نشر معهد “واشنطن” للدراسات الإستراتيجية الاسبوع الماضي، تحليلاً عن والأوضاع التي يشهدها العراق وما يمرّ به من أزمات على الصعيد الداخلي والخارجي والإخفاق الحاصل للحكومات الاتحادية المتعاقبة على الحكم مؤخرا وبشكل مؤقت، إذ وصف العراق بأنه بات “أشبه ما يكون بدولة خاضعة للوصاية الدولية”، لم يستبعد في الوقت ذاته عودة البلاد تحت طائلة البند السابع. وذكر التحليل إلى أن الواقع السياسي والقانوني المتراجع في العراق اليوم يُشير إلى أن البلاد لا تزال تواجه مأزقًا استراتيجيًا عميقًا نتيجة الالتزامات والقيود الدولية المفروضة عليها. ووصف مشكلة تعثر العراق في الاندماج مع المجتمع الدولي إلى الأزمات الداخلية المستمرة، فمنذ عام 2003 أقحمت الحكومات المتوالية البلاد في أزمات داخلية معقدة من صراعات وإرهاب وفساد وفوضى واستقطاب سياسي.” وكل واحدة منها تصدر الأزمات للحكومة التي تليها. واعتبر التحليل أن “نجاح العراق في السيطرة على وضع تلك الميليشيات ومكافحة تلك الجماعات المصنفة على قوائم الإرهاب من شأنه أن يساعده على كسب ثقة المجتمع الدولي وسينأى به عن الانتهاكات المحتملة للفصل السابع وقد يفضى ذلك أيضا إلى إنهاء عمل بعثة الأمم المتحدة لمساعدة العراق (يونامي)”

المهم هنا ان يتعلم سياسي العراق ان يقرأوا هذه التحليلات وان يتصرفوا طبقاً لها ولا يأخذوا هذه التحليلات والبيانات مأخذ الاستخفاف لان النهاية ستكون كارثية عليهم وعلى العراق اضعاف اضعاف ما حل بعراق صدام حسين في ٢٠٠٣. نحن في الحراك نمد يدنا لمساعدة الشعب في محنته لتوصيل ما يعانيه لاصحاب القرار في المجتمع الدولي وتذكروا الاية الكريمة ” وقل اعملوا فسيرى الله عملكم ورسول والمؤمنون” والله دائماً معنا

Oil prices are rising and Iraq’s poor are increasing

The price of a barrel of oil has reached 92 U.S. dollars per barrel, with expectations that it will reach 100 dollars in the coming days or weeks. All thanks go to Saudi policy, which convinced the West that the time has come to pay the optimal value for the price of a barrel of oil. Saudi Arabia has stated many times in international conferences that the requested price is at least $100, and it has been able, with the help of other OPEC members, to reach a number very close to this desired number.
Iraq, at this price, has become almost twice as rich as three months ago, and at this price it can rebuild Iraq’s schools, hospitals, universities, and its infrastructure, such as electricity, water, sewage, and streets, with high and well-known international engineering controls, while employing the productive national private sector by giving it all these giant projects, which in turn will employ most of the citizens who are unemployed, and oil money is thus transformed from ‘dead’ money allocated to government salaries to cover the family’s very necessary expenses without saving for it, into mobile and productive money.
When oil money is transferred to the national private sector, which is strictly controlled by government employees who are not bribed, the infrastructure is built in a high-quality and solid structure, while profit is available to these companies, which in turn encourages them to invest it in productive projects that replace the foreign import materials used in rebuilding the country. This is what keeps the country’s economy in motion and not stagnant and static, relying on the earth’s oil, which will either end one day or no longer be needed. The country needs a strict economic plan that is far from the tails of power, the post-2005 thieves, the dogs of Khamenei’s Iran, imported sectarianism, and moral decadence. A comprehensive national plan purpose is to restore Iraq’s growing, dynamic economy and stop the demolition and theft of productive Iraqi factories.
What was written above is what any ruler on the face of the earth does, even if he is a spy for another country or corrupt, except for one who believes that his religion or belief considers public money permissible, and this is the exact disaster that makes these rulers a transport company for Iraq’s money to another country and to foreign authorities outside the country. This affliction that afflicted Iraq after 2003, which America brought to us with a malicious plan led by the neoconservatives, was exploited by the beloved foreign neighbor of Al-Sistani as well, to seize all public funds without him standing against it. Here, Iraq fell into a major dilemma between America, which wants part of the good for itself, and Iran, which wants all of it for itself. The American Ambassador Romanowski, in her smooth and calm manner, has seized all of Iraq’s money in the U.S. Central Bank and began its siege of the Iraqi oil dollar by effectively controlling the Central Bank of Iraq and stopping the dealing with many of the Iraqi banks “affiliated with the tails,” which was a response to the money laundering of the ruling fragmentation and to tighten the economic blockade on Iran. When U.S. Deputy Treasury Secretary Elizabeth Rosenberg visited last week and met with Central Bank officials, her ministry spokesman said, according to Reuters, “The Central Bank of Iraq must address the continuing risks resulting from the misuse of dollars in Iraqi commercial banks to avoid new punitive measures targeting the financial sector in Iraq.” The country, cited fraud, money laundering, and evasion of sanctions imposed on Iran as impediments. This means that new punitive measures are coming, and it also means that the green idiots do not learn, and this is what we always say to Washington, that the rulers of Iraq are ignorant and hungry for marrow, and they, their children, and their grandchildren need a thousand years . . . to learn transparency in governance and professional patriotism.
The economic conditions are likely to get worse in Iraq despite the continuous increases in oil prices in the midst of the political, economic, and social division inside Iraq and as a result of the ambitions or ignorance of some officials in making the appropriate decisions at the appropriate time. Saudi Arabia and India have signed a memorandum of understanding to establish an economic corridor between the ports of India, the Middle East, and Europe through the territories of Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Palestine, which will include connecting ports, giant railways, land transportation lines, an increase in the passage of goods, and pipelines to import and export electricity, hydrogen, and data transmission cables, and Iraq is unaware of these events. What revolves around him does not concern him, and the port of Al-Faw is not Iraqi. Iran has monopolized everything in Iraq and destroyed its economy by stealing public money and interfering in its crucial national decisions, including the economy, security, and international relations. Kuwait took advantage of its weakness and the corruption of its officials and took control of the ports and border oil wells. The UAE has become the largest financial center in the world after the money it dealt with exceeded two trillion. dollars, and a European-Asian Turkey that is capable, strong, and developing rapidly at the expense of Iraq, and is building its giant dams, its large factories, and its advanced economy. All of these are around us and in our surroundings, and we have not moved and will not be ashamed of our bitter reality in which we live, and there is no one in the current government to promote patriotism, work, and professionalism in us.
Last week, the Washington Institute for Strategic Studies published an analysis of the conditions that Iraq is witnessing, the crises it is going through at the internal and external levels, and the failure of successive federal governments to rule recently and temporarily, as it described Iraq as having become “more like a state subject to international guardianship.” At the same time, he did not rule out the country’s return under Title Seven. The analysis stated that the deteriorating political and legal reality in Iraq today indicates that the country is still facing a deep strategic impasse as a result of the international obligations and restrictions imposed on it. He described the problem of Iraq’s failure to integrate with the international community to the ongoing internal crises. Since 2003, successive governments have plunged the country into complex internal crises of conflicts, terrorism, corruption, chaos, and political polarization. Each of them exports crises to the next government. The analysis considered that “Iraq’s success in . . . controlling the situation of those militias and combating those groups classified as terrorists would help it gain the trust of the international community and distance it from potential violations of Chapter Seven. This could also lead to ending the work of the United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI).”
What is important here is for Iraqi politicians to learn to read these analyses and act in accordance with them, and not take these analyses and statements lightly, because the end will be disastrous for them and for Iraq, many times more than what happened to Saddam Hussein’s Iraq in 2003. We in the Iraqi Movement extend our hand to help the people in their ordeal and to communicate what they are suffering to decision-makers in the international community. And remember the noble verse, “And say, ‘Work.’ God will see your work, and the Messenger and the believers.”

The American-Iranian war: reality or fiction?

America and Iran are countries that have their own interests that work for them, but each of them has its own way of achieving its goals. In its policy, America tries to win the other and benefit from it by offering something in return that is equal or satisfies both parties. It often wins friendship while benefiting from the relationship, and leaves the option of interfering in the internal affairs of countries as a late step, such as its support for one of the political forces competing for power and achieving the accession of its friends through elections or in some cases through military coups. (Even though this method was not followed by the CIA for a long period in the last century) and leaves the option of changing the regime of another country that is not within its reach through war to the last solution (because it has truly become very difficult in terms of obtaining outright Congressional approval after the illegal Iraq-American war in 2003).
Iran is a country that relies on deception in presenting itself to its people and the world and on the truth of its ambition to achieve its interests. Iran claims to defend and spread Islam, but it must be in its distorted and suspicious way of Islam, and Iran’s interests must be served first, in fact serving the baptized, their children, and their families (a free-handed royal family, a sick and hateful dictatorship in the name of religion). Today’s goal by the mullahs of Iran is to serve the Guardian Jurist (the King) and his special royal guard (the Non-Revolutionary Guard) and to keep them in power at all costs, even if it leads to the killing of 300,000 other Iranian political opponents (the Mujahideen-e-Khalq or MEK) and the killing and displacement of more than 8 million Iraqis and 11 million Syrians. Plus one million Lebanese and three million Yemenis. The non-revolutionary King’s Guard does not care about the interests of the people of Iran for the sake of the aforementioned goal, so how can it care or respect the peoples and interests of other countries that are weaker than it? Iran is building its military, industrial, and economic institutions at the expense of the peoples colonized by it in the name of religion. Iran builds the Iranian interior, which only serves the regime and its supporters, and exports destruction to the surrounding and dependent countries. The best example of this is the relationship between it and Iraq. Iraq is at least twice as rich as Iran and has half its population, but Iran is building itself, while Iraq is sabotaged and destroyed, and its industry, which was built by Saddam Hussein’s regime, is sold at cheap prices and is dismantled by Iranian militias and transported back to Iranian territory. Iraq is without water because of Iran, which changed all the tributaries feeding the Tigris River and kept them inside Iran, while the Turks are building dams and do not allow our share imposed by international law to pass into Iraq, because the governments of the tails that rule Iraq and are not respected by anyone, neither among its neighbors nor internationally.
The interests and behavior are very different between the two main rivals, America and Iran, regarding the ‘colonization’ of Iraq. According to what we mentioned above, America wants to protect its interests, but it does not care if the Iraqis develop industrially, agriculturally, and economically if they agree to walk in its orbit and as an ally (such as: South Korea, the Philippines, Germany, Japan, as well as all Eastern European countries). Iran wants, in short, to leave Iraq without a people (first Shiite, Sunni, and Kurdish) and take the rich land as spoils for itself and for King Mullah Khamenei. Interests cannot converge, and over the past ten years America has been postponing its war with Iran for many reasons, most of which are international and a few of which are internal (preparing the internal conditions for Iraq). The international situation is now ripe for many wars to extract American rights from some young people and some old ones. Biden or the Democrats cannot return to power in 2024 without a quick and inexpensive external victory after their failure in Afghanistan and Ukraine, and their inability to clash with another major country like China. Therefore, the upcoming U.S. – Iranian war is the easiest of wars, especially since there are those who stand with it in the region: Israel, Turkey, and the Gulf States (who are very strong), in contrast to Iran, whose militias are very weak in number and money, along with countries that are doomed and in ruins and need support and cannot raise a single rifle (these are the militias and governments in Baghdad, Syria, Lebanon, and poor Yemen). Countries that America can occupy with one division, because even their people are impatiently waiting for this American move. This is why democratic America, if it wants to return to being the leading global power, must clean up Syria, Lebanon, and Iraq and topple the Iranian regime before the 2024 elections. What I mentioned above is not an analysis, but rather information being discussed from within the leaders of the ruling Democratic Party.
The problem of solving services with Iraq’s growing financial abundance is a major disaster, and the Iraqis’ silence about it is a disaster. Electricity is the lifeblood of everyone who lives on Earth, whether a poor or a rich country, a poor or a rich person, a cold or hot climate, high in the mountains or in the desert. Without it, life ceases to exist and nothing can be done. Most of the other tools of life that we rely on are at home or in the desert. On the street or at work, it works with electricity. This is one of the important services that an official should not sleep unless he achieves it, because everything else depends on it and is easy to accomplish.
The solution to the electricity problem, as we have repeatedly said, is political and sovereign first, and the decision is taken second to achieve it. This means that Iraq requires a strong leader and government, far from the destructive Iran of the mullahs, and independent in its decisions from all others, including America, in decisions that serve the people in particular, at least. The solution to the electricity problem is then technical, and the Iraqi technicians and the advanced industrial world can restore it in six months (like what they did in Kuwait after returning it from Iraq in 1991, and in a year and a half they restored all the oil fields that were bombed by Saddam Hussein at that time to work as well). After that, they need two years to increase the resilience of the entire electricity system. There is no other solution because what the officials say is lies, deceit, and laughter at you, and they know it. President Saddam Hussein and the iron siege imposed on him in 1991 were able to restore almost everything in the system in the first six months after its destruction by the allies, because he was not affiliated or subordinate to Iran or awaiting orders from other countries. The Iraqi Movement calls on you to rise up, engage in civil disobedience, and then revolution, because, as Imam Al-Shafi’i, may God be pleased with him, said: “Nobody scratches your skin like your fingernail. . .so take care of all your affairs. And if you go for a need. . .then go for someone who acknowledges your worth” Trust, because God is with us, and God is the Granter of success.

السياسة الامريكية في عراق اليوم

منذ اعلان تأميم النفط العراقي في عام ١٩٧٢ والاستحواذ على اسهم شركة نفط العراق التي كانت شركات النفط الأجنبية (امريكية وبريطانية وهولندية) تملك ثلاثة أرباع حصصها بما في ذلك كامل احتياطي البلاد النفطي، والتأميم تم بدون الاتفاق والموافقة لهذه الشركات ودولها خلفها، واعتبر التحدي الاكبر من قبل دولة هي جزء من دول ما يسمى العالم الثالث لدول كبرى وقوية كامريكا وبريطانيا. تبعه التوجه القوي المستقل من قبل نظام صدام حسين وحزب البعث في بناء العراق الداخلي والتوجه نحو التكنولوجية العسكرية الغير مسموح بها في منطقتنا ومن ثم معركة العراق مع ملالي ايران الذي قام بتنصيبهم الغرب في عام ١٩٨٠ لتقسيم المنطقة وتدميرها بدون الرجوع لهم والانتصار عليها رغم المساعدات الضخمة الامريكية لايران في حينها (ايران كيد)،ومن ثم تم احتلال الكويت، والحربين الدوليين التي تلتها ١٩٩١ و ٢٠٠٣ بقيادة امريكا لتدمير العراق بالكامل وبحجج غير شرعية بعد ان كشفت من قبل من قام في الحربيين من الجانب الأمريكي ان الحربين وخاصةً الاخيرة غير مبررة وغير شرعية بل كان غايتها الاساسية تدمير اقوى دولة عربية وازاحة اقوى قائد كان من الممكن تحته ان يتوحد العرب في دولة جديدة كبرى غير مسموح لها مطلقاً من قبل المؤسسين في اوربا وامريكا في عصر العولمة والرأس الواحد

اذاً العراق قد تجاوز كل الخطوط الحمر المرسومة له في عالم اليوم، بالاضافة للموارد البشرية والطبيعية التي يتمتع بها، سوف لن يسمح له ان ينهض كقوة كبرى تقود ٤٠٠ مليون عربي ومساحة اكبر من مساحة امريكا ب ٣ مليون كم مربع في الشرق الاوسط وشمال افريقيا، وعليه قرر ان يبقى العراق في دور الاحتضار الى ان تحين الضروف الدولية الامريكية المناسبة لاعادة النظر به واعادته كعضو كامل الصلحيات في المجتمع الدولي. وعليه امريكا كانت مرتاحة للاوضاع المزرية الموجودة في عراق ما بعد ٢٠٠٣
لكنها لم تتوقع ان يصل العراق الى مستوى الا امل فيه بعد ان خلقت بنفسها المجموعة الحاكمة التي تفرعت وفرغت من هم أجهل واكثر فسادًا منها والذي عقد الخطة الامريكية الانكليزية في اعادة بناء العراق والتي سماه بوش الابن ومن معه بالفوضى الخلاقة المبنية اساساً على تدمير الدولة القديمة مع مؤسساتها وبناء دولة جديدة قريبة لديمقراطية الغرب في العراق معتمدين على اساس “إن رحم هيكل لنظام استبدادي لا يمكن أن يلد نظاما جديدا لدولة ليبرالية حديثة” الذي انتهت مرحلتها الاولى في ٢٠١٤ والتي كان على الامريكان ان يبدوا المرحلة الثانية والتي هي بناء دولة المؤسسات ولكنها تأخرت بعض الشيء بدخول داعش الايرانية على الخط، والتي ساعد على تنفيذها المالكي “السياسي الذي لا يمكن ان يكون رجل دولة في الحسابات الغربية ولكن يمكن استخدامه للوصول الى المرحلة الثانية من الفوضى الخلاقة بعلمه او بدونه”. المهم بعد تأخر لبضعة سنين تلته وباء كورونا التي انتهت في ٢٠٢١، بدأت المرحلة الثانية من خطة الفوضى الخلاقة والتي تم فيها تعين السفيرة رومانوسكي لادارتها واعادة بناء الدولة الليبرالية ذو النظام الديمقراطي التي سيقودها مجموعة تكنوقراط ليس لهم علاقة لا بالعتاكة الموجودين حالياً ولا بإيران، بل دولة نظامها شبيه بالمانيا واليابان وكوريا الجنوبية ( هنا اعني كنظام سياسي ديمقراطي يحكمه القانون العادل ويجري في الفلك الامريكي). وهذا ما قامت به السفيرة من يومها الاول بقرأة الساحة السياسية لبدء التغير الذي سيشمل الجميع او معظمهم وفرض نفسها كحاكم للعراق الغير معلن، وقرارتها كلها تنفذ واصبح الجميع يدركون ان القائد الاول في العراق هو رومانوسكي بعده بأميال يأتي خامنئي
امريكا عليها ان تعجل في تنفيذ الخطة والوصول للهدف لان العالم يسير باتجاهات غير محسوبة تقودها الصين وروسيا، وهذا ما يفسر تحركاتها العسكرية في المنطقة والتي بدأتها بعزل سوريا ولبنان عن العراق وإيران كخطوة اولى، حيث تمت السيطرة العسكرية الأميركية على مواقع حدودية بين آخر نقطة كردية في الشمال وأول نقطة عربية سنية في الجنوب والتي ستتحول عملياً إلى جدار أميركي يقطع “الهلال الايراني” وسيربط مناطق كردستان بالتنف، فالحدود الأردنية، وإذا توسع هذا الجدار باتجاه الأنبار، فسيربط شمال “الهلال الايراني” بشمال السعودية، ما سيشكل انقلاباً بموازين القوى في المنطقة. هذا معناه ان امريكا وحلفائها انفردوا بمليشيات ايران والعراق ولبنان في منطقة صغيرة ومحصورة من اكبر اسطول بحري من الغرب وجيش امريكي بقيادة الفرقة الجبلية العاشرة ( لم تخسر معركة في تاريخها من قبل) و١٨ الف جندي امريكي في المنطقة وجيش اردني قوي جداً ومدرب وقادر وجاهز وجيش اسرائيلي طبعاً ورب العالمين طبعاً الذي مل منهم ومن اخلاقهم وجرمهم، هؤلاء جميعا سينهون هذه المليشيات بضمنها مليشية حزب الشيطان في لبنان في ساعتين الى اربع ساعات من بدء المعركة التي فيها سيكون النهاية لكل مجرم ومغتصب وفاسد من هذه المليشيات. نظام الاسد سيستبدل بحكومة سورية مؤقته لحين اجراء انتخابات وطنية عامة. هذا ما سيجري وسيحدث بموافقة بايدن او عدمه
بعد هذه التصفية الكبيرة والهزة التي شملت كل مقاتلي ايران الاكفاء والنظام السوري الداعم لهم، والتي لم يتمكنوا من مقاومتها، يتساقط النظام الايراني الملاوي بأيدي شعب ايران البطل، بقيادة مجاهدين خلق والتي بدوره يؤدي الى تساقط كل التافهين في العراق وتلاحقهم الجماهير في شوارع العراق في يوم لا ينفع فيه الندم او البكاء او التوسل بل العقاب وباسم الشعب وضمن القانون لكل خائن ومجرم وفاسد وهذه اليوم لقريب

العراق يعلن بدء تنفيذ ،مشروع الربط السككي مع إيران والذي وقعه السوداني مع النائب الاول للرئيس الايراني في البصرة بينما اهل الجنوب المتضرر الاكبر من هذا المشروع مشغولين في الزيارة الاربعينية لسيدنا الحسين رضي الله عنه. المشروع الذي رفضه كل الخبراء العراقيين والعالمين، واعتبر من المشاريع الهدامة والخطرة على مستقبل العراق ووجوده. هذا المشروع ليس للمسافرين من ايران للعراق بل لنقل البضائع من الصين عبر ايران الى العراق الى تركيا الى الغرب والذي يسمى بطريق الحرير. معناه ان ميناء الفاو البحري قد تم القضاء عليه بالكامل( لا يستعمل من قبل السفن الصينية والغربية العملاقة) بل سيستعمل الخط البري عبر ايران بدله. هذا ما تريده ايران الملالي وجواسيسهم حكومة الاطار في بغداد متمثلة برئيس وزرائهم السوداني
لا توجد حكومة على كوكب الارض اليوم تعمل باكملها ممثلين لحكومة ودولة اخرى ولا يهمها مصالح شعبها واجياله المقبلة مثل حكومات الاطار وحزب الدعوة اللعين. نحن في الحراك نعتبر هذا العمل هو اعلى مراتب الخيانة بحق شعب العراق ودولته واننا ندعو شعبنا العراقي للانتقام من سرق ويسرق الى اليوم مما يملكون تحت الارض وفوقة وان عصيانكم المدني وثورتكم اليوم ستعجل ماتريد فعله رومانوسكي والعالم الحر من تخليصكم من جراثيم الاطار والعمائم ومن لف لفهم وتذكروا دائما ان الله معنا وليس معهم

The recent military meeting in Washington was very important to Washington after the increasing recklessness and disrespect for the requests of the U.S. military or the U.S. embassy to Iranian leaders not to interfere in Iraqi affairs and to prejudice U.S. national security, by controlling the flow of weapons, money, and fuel destined for the Lebanese Hezbollah through Syrian territory, by stopping Iranian drugs infiltrating Iraq, and by limiting the Syrian displaced citizens coming to Baghdad from across the border. In addition to informing Iran that America is primarily responsible for Iraq, then Britain, then Iran, and by informing China and Russia not to overreach too much by interfering in Iraq’s internal and external politics. The important outcome from this meeting is to restore American control over Iraq and the region afterwards, after the Chinese dragon and the Russian bear, in addition to Iran, began to exploit the American vacuum / weakness in the region. [Which has accelerated under the current Biden administration]. For this they gathered the leaders of the Iraqi army and began to form a military council led by the Minister of Defense and the membership of the Chief of Staff, the commander of the Golden Division, and additional important leaders. Other important military assets are to be separated from the government and function as a protector of the constitution (a similar version of the Pakistani regime that America likes).
The council has a separate and high budget to build a strong, professional, patriotic army that is far from religion and capable of protecting Iraqi borders and sovereignty. In short, reducing the role of the Iranian embassy to become an embassy similar to the embassy of Djibouti. Limiting Iran means liquidating the Iranian militias present in Iraq, liquidating the sources of corruption, raising the status of the judiciary, and changing its leadership. America wants to disarm and confine it to the hands of the state, and it wants to build national bodies that are independent of Iranian interference, but it wants to keep the democratic system that it brought itself. Then Mohamed Al-Halbousi, Nuri al-Maliki and the third of them will come from outside Iraq, and the last, of course, is the people who will lose the power of the crowd and Iran, and the money specified for them (stolen by them) will be returned to the people.
The change is not to the system as the reader desires, but to end the crowd, eliminate its corruption, and restore America’s sovereignty and control once again, by force, by placing the Army as the protector of the constitution, not the president of the republic. The Iraqi people learned about the lies of the leaders of the authority in Iraq, without being ashamed of them, and without any interest or comment from the people themselves. I mean, he has become the official spokesman for the Council of Ministers or any government ministry or institution when he meets journalists, his eyes lie to your eyes, and in any issue that is discussed with the full cooperation of the authority journalists who write what this official dictates to them without challenging him with the facts despite their availability with the journalist for fear of prosecution or losing him to the promised bribe with it. Of course, the prime ministers after 2005 all lied to the people as part of charades prepared and directed by their stupid apparatus before he started making statements, even though the entire people know the truth, and everyone, even those close to the prime minister, laughs at what he says.
The last of these lies, whose new story the whole people know, and which was previously published many times on television, is the issue of “returning Baiji refinery equipment,” which Al-Sudani stated that he “returned it after losing it for 9 years, and said that he returned the looted state’s money, and that he will rebuild and operate it. These are the words for media consumption only; he and his advisors and media know this fact perfectly.
The truth that the people know is that this equipment was stolen by the group of Sheikh Al-Amin (Al-Khazali and his militia Al-Asa’ib), and they fled to Sulaymaniyah trying to bring them into Iran, but they were prevented at the borders by an American threat to destroy them if they reached the Iraqi-Iranian borders, and for this they had to sell them to a Kurdish merchant and keep them there in one of the warehouses, and they wanted to sell it to Baghdad for $100 million, but it ended, and after the American intervention once again, it would return to Baiji for free. This equipment cannot be used because its time has expired and it has become scrap, and it is all worn out and corroded from the inside and completely unusable. The reason is that when the refinery was stopped from working, the equipment remained as it was, and the entire refinery system was supposed to be washed and cleaned, then inerted with nitrogen to prevent oxidation and corrosion due to acids from the system.
Unfortunately, the refinery remaining in this state without cleaning led to the erosion of most of the internal parts of the equipment due to the interaction of hydrochloric acid with oxygen and minerals present in crude oil.
As for what can be operated from it, which is a very small part that can hardly be mentioned, it is technically out of service and cannot be used. After that, the thieves decided to return it for free, and here Al-Sudani presented, without shame or timidity, to lie again to the people and exploited it to score (how many points) to his credit as he is a patriot, sincere and keen on public money and on returning the stolen items, and the process in fact is the whole of deceit and sorcery and laughing at people’s minds. The only beneficiary of the operation was the party that stole the equipment, which is Al-Asa’ib and sold it to the Kurdish merchant who does not know anything about maintenance or storage.
Iraq is from one loss to another and in the hands of men who have no power or power, but rather puppets controlled by Iran, and all they do is make peace with the governors assigned to this task by the leader of their impostor gang, Sayyid Khamenei and his representatives in Baghdad. اجتماع واشنطن والسفيرة رومانوسكي ونوري المالكي

الاجتماع العسكري الاخير في واشنطن كان مهماً جداً لواشنطن بعد الاستهتارات المتزايدة وعدم الاحترام لطلبات الجيش الامريكي او السفارة الامريكية للقيادات الايرانيه بعدم التدخل في شؤون العراق والمساس بالامن القومي الامريكي، وذلك بالسيطرة على السلاح والمال والوقود المتوجه الى حزب الله اللبناني عبر الاراضي السورية، وايقاف المخدرات الايرانية/السورية القادمة الى بغداد من عبر الحدود. بالاضافة لتبليغ ايران ان امريكا هي المسؤول الاول على العراق ثم بريطانيا ثم ايران، واعلام الصين وروسيا ان لا يتطاولوا كثيراً بالتدخل في سياسة العراق الداخلية والخارجية. المهم الاجتماع هو لاعادة السيطرة الامريكية على العراق والمنطقة بعدها، بعد ان بدءً التنين الصيني والدب الروسي بالاضافة الى إيران باستغلال الفراغ/الضعف الامريكي في المنطقة، ولهذا جمعوا قيادات الجيش العراقي وبدؤا بتشكيل المجلس العسكري بقيادة وزير الدفاع وعضوية رئيس الاركان وقائد الفرقة الذهبية وبعض من القيادات العسكرية المهمة الاخرى وليكون مفصولاً عن الحكومة وحامياً للدستور( نسخة مشابه من النظام الباكستاني الذي يعجب امريكا)
المجلس له ميزانية منفصلة وعالية لبناء جيش قوي ومحترف ووطني وبعيد عن الدين وقادر على حماية الحدود والسيادة العراقية. باختصار تحجيم دور سفارة ايران لتصبح سفارة شبية بسفارة دولة جيبوتي. تحجيم ايران معناه تصفية للمليشيات الايرانية المتواجدة في العراق وما اكثرها، تصفيةً لمنابع الفساد واعلاء شأن القضاء وتبديل قيادته. امريكا تريد نزع السلاح وحصره بايدي الدولة وتريد ان تبني اجهزة وطنية مستقلة عن التدخلات الايرانية ولكنها تريد ابقاء النظام الديمقراطي التي جلبته هي بنفسها، وهذا معناه ان المستفيد هم افندية السلطة وليس اصحاب المليشيات واول المستفيدين من سياسي بغداد برأي سيكون المالكي ( عدو امة الجبناء الحشدية)، ثم محمد الحلبوسي وثالثهم سيأتي من خارج العراق، والاخير طبعاً هو الشعب الذي ستخف عليه سطوة الحشد وايران، والمال المحدد لهم( المسروق من قبلهم) سيرجع للشعب.
التغير ليس للنظام كما يرغب القارئ، بل انهاء الحشد والقضاء على فساده واعادة السيادة وسيطرة امريكا مرة اخرى وبقوة من قبل وضع الجيش كحامي للدستور وليس رئيس الجمهورية. السفيرة رومانوسكي وبعد عودتها من اجتماعات واشنطن زارت الجميع في يوم واحد واعطت لكل واحد منهم ملهية ليهدء حتى اكمال المشروع الامريكي وبعدها لكل حادث حديث
السوداني سيذهب الى نيويورك لحضور الاجتماعات السنوية للملوك والرؤساء في الامم المتحدة وهناك من الممكن ان يحظي على لقاء سريع برتوكولي مع الرئيس بايدن ولاخذ الصور، وهذا ما يعطي الحجة لبايدن من عدم دعوته الى واشنطن. تهجم السفير الايراني على تحركات الجيش الامريكي انه قال “التحركات الأخيرة للأمريكيين في العراق مقلقة ومناهضة للسلام والاستقرار” ورد العلوية رومانوسكي عليه ” ان ايران اخر ما يجب ان تقلق لانها هي المصدر لكل المشاكل في العراق”. اربيل طبعاً غير معنية بهذه التغيرات ” الضربات/ التصفيات” التي ستشمل العراق العربي والحدود مع السليمانية لايقاف التهريب من كل العراق عربي او كردي، حتى ان الرئيس مسعود البرزاني قال “الامر لا يدعو للقلق من تواجد القوات الامريكية في العراق فهي كانت وما تزال قوات صديقة” وهذا صحيح جداً لان كردستان اربيل تتصرف كدولة لها قضاء عادل وفيها نظام سياسي شفاف وهذا ما تريده امريكا للاخرين أيضاً

الشعب العراقي تعلم على كذب قيادات السلطة في العراق وبدون مستحاة منهم ولا اهتمام او تعليق من الشعب نفسه. يعني اصبح الناطق الرسمي لمجلس الوزراء او اي وزارة او مؤسسة حكومية عندما يلتقي بالصحفيين يكذب عيني عينك وفي اي موضوع يتم بحثه مع التعاون الكامل من قبل صحفي السلطة الذين يكتبون ما يمليهم هذا المسؤول بدون تحديه بالحقائق رغم توفرها عند الصحفي خوفاً من الملاحقة او فقدانه للرشوة الموعود بها. طبعاً رؤساء الوزراء بعد ٢٠٠٥ كلهم يكذبون على الشعب ضمن تمثيليات معدة ومخرجة من اجهزتهم الغبية قبل ان يبدء بالتصريح رغم ان الشعب باجمعه يعرف الحقيقة والكل حتى المقربون لرئيس الوزراء يضحكون عن ما يقوله
اخر هذه الكذبات التي يعرف الشعب كله قصتها الجديدة والتي نشرة سابقاً مرات عديدة على التلفزيون هي قضية “إعادة معدات مصفى بيجي” والذي صرح السوداني انه “اعادها بعد فقدانها لمدة ٩ سنوات وقال انه اعاد بذلك اموال الدوله المنهوبة وانه سيقوم باعادة بنائه وتشغيله، هذا كلام للاستهلاك الإعلامي فقط له ولمستشاريه واعلامه يعرف هذه الحقيقة تماما
الحقيقة الذي يعرفها الشعب ان هذه المعدات سرقة من قبل جماعة الشيخ اللا امين ( الخزعلي ومليشيته العصائب)، وهربت الى السليمانية محاولين ادخالها الى إيران ولكنها منعت على الحدود بتهديد امريكي بتدميرها اذا ما وصلت الحدود العراقية الايرانيه، ولهذا اضطروا بيعها لاحد التجار الاكراد وابقائها هناك في احدى المخازن وارادوا بيعها الى بغداد بمبلغ ١٠٠ مليون دولار ولكنها انتهت وبعد التدخل الامريكي مرة اخرى ان ترجع لبيجي بدون مقابل. هذه المعدات لا يمكن استخدمها لانها انتهى وقتها واصبحت سكراب وجميعها مستهلكة ومتآكلة من الداخل وغير صالحة للاستعمال تماما. والسبب هو أن المصفى عندما تم إيقافه عن العمل بقيت المعدات كما هي، وكان من المفروض أن يتم غسل وتنظيف منظومة المصفى بالكامل بالنيتروجين لإزالة التأكلات المستمرة بسبب الحوامض من المنظومة
بقاء المصفى على هذه الحالة بدون تنظيف أدى إلى تأكل معظم الأجزاء الداخلية للمعدات بسبب تفاعل حامض الهيدروكلوريك الموجود في النفط الخام مع مكونات هذه الأجزاء من المعادن
وأما ما يمكن تشغيله منها وهو جزء قليل جدا لايكاد يذكر فهو تقنيا أصبح خارج الخدمة ولايمكن الاستفادة منه. بعدها قرروا السارقين إعادتها بدون مقابل، وهنا تقدم السوداني وبدون خجل او مستحاة للكذب مرة اخرى على الشعب واستغلها لتسجيل (كم نقطة) إلى رصيده باعتباره وطني ومخلص وحريص على المال العام وعلى اعادة المسروقات، والعملية في الحقيقة هي كلها دجل وشعوذة وضحك على عقول الناس، وكان المستفيد الوحيد من العملية هي الجهة التي سرقت المعدات وهي ( العصائب ) وباعتها للتاجر الكردي الذي لا يعرف شيء بالصيانة او الخزن واعتقد انه سيعمل كم فلس من العملية التي خرج بها السوداني ليستمر الضحك على الشعب واللعب بمقدراته

العراق من ضياع لضياع اخر وبأيدي رجال ليس لهم لا حول ولا قوة بل دمى مسيطر عليها من قبل ايران وان كل ما يقومون به هو تمشية مصالحا كولاة مكلفين بهذه المهمة من قائد عصابتهم الدجال اللا سيد خامنئي وممثليه في بغداد. الحراك العراقي يدعوكم وباستمرار ان تستغلوا الفرص التاريخية واخرها هي الحالية التي فيها امريكا تريد تنظيف المليشيات وهذا هوا الوقت للثورة والتغير بقيادة طلائع الشعب المثقف المدني وحراكه الوطني، وتذكروا ان الله معنا دائماً
